The Tenth Board Meeting of IAAF RDC·Beijing was held in Beijing on October 10th, 2003. The main items on the agenda were as the following:
1. RDC·Beijing Director’s Report of 2003 was talked over .
2. RDC·Beijing’s work of the past year was evaluated.
3. The existing problems were discussed and the ways of future work were put forward..
4. The activities of 2004 were decided.
Mr. Lou Dapeng, the Vice President of IAAF and the Board Chairman of RDC·Beijing, presided over the meeting. Mr. Wangemann, Director of IAAF Member Service Department, was present at the meeting and made important speech. Most of the board members in Beijing and the staff of RDC·Beijing were present except the members who were engaged in other important meetings. Mr. Feng Shuyong was also present on the occasion.
The Board approved RDC·Beijing’s work of the past year, discussed the problems revealed in certain activities and put forward the corresponding ways of solving those problems. RDC·Beijing will make more efforts to the construction of its homepage so as to form closer relationship with the member federations it serves. RDC·Beijing will also improve the administration of its resource center and enrich the content of its Board Meeting Report, etc. With regard to the issue of setting up a High Performance Training Center, the Board had a detailed discussion with the representative from Chinese Athletic Association.
The activities of 2004 were decided at the meeting as the following:

Note: The dates are preliminarily decided. The specific dates of the above activities will be decided according to the 2004 activity program of each member federation in East Asia.
